Happy Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is my birthday!  After a weekend of celebrating with birthday dinners, today is the day my husband and I actually get to celebrate with just the two of us.  My mother made me a delicious spice cake with penuche frosting yesterday that was out of this world. 

I guess I could skip another day of cake since Thanksgiving is this weekend, but why ruin the fun!  The hubs and I are headed out to a movie and dinner. I probably won't make it back to the computer until the holiday is over....

Eat too much, laugh too loud, and take too long of a nap!

    First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I know it's a little late, but this is my first time here. You're a lucky girl for having a mother that bakes so well.. I'm craving that cake! :-)
